KUWAIT: Evaluating the achievements garnered by the Legal Guidance Center of the Kuwait Transparency Association (KTA), a press conference was held at its premises on Tuesday. Salah Al-Ghazali, Chairman of the society emphasized that it is responsible for developing several projects such as the establishment of a General Integrity Authority - which will have an anti-corruption apparatus, and anti-conflict interest department for the public sector. It will pass legislations to protect media persons from corruption. He pointed out that this project is nearing completion, and is one of the many that have been carried out by the society during the same period.
