KUWAIT: Residents that have not registered with the Kuwait Census 2011 now have the chance to do so until June 15, 2011. Failure to register will be met with legal penalties. The announcement was made yesterday by the Central Statistic Office during a press conference held at the Higher Council for Planning and Development. According to Dr Abdullah Sahar, Director of the Central Statistic Bureau, at least 92 percent have registered as of May 31. "This number isn't exact, as there are some factors affecting it. For instance, around 18 to 19,000 families have only provided partial information. They registered online and did not receive a password.
