Amir issues directives to mark constitution's anniversary
Kuwait: The Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ali Fahad Al-Rashid announced yesterday that the cabinet had been notified of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah's wish to mark the passing of 50 years since the drafting of the Kuwaiti Constitution at a special ceremony. The cabinet has accordingly charged Al-Rashid to cooperate with all relevant bodies to prepare for a fitting celebration to mark this momentous national occasion, he explained.
